Delivery

  Please check the estimated delivery date of your order using the logistics information listed in the shipping confirmation.

We will send out orders within two days of receipt.

 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the goods to the address you have provided.

 After delivery is complete, the goods (including the associated risks) are your sole responsibility.

  You will take ownership of the goods once delivery has been completed and we have received payment in full for the goods (including all associated delivery charges).

Shipping Costs

All items ship for free, no dollar limit, and are shipped by UPS by default.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, Please do not send it back to the original address, send us an email at {microtree.us@gmail.com}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund time: within three days after receipt of returned goods (working days)
